Grace Circles

About Grace Circles

Who This Is For

Grace Circles exists for young people who are carrying more than they should have to — and for the families doing their best to hold things together around them. Whether a child is struggling in school, navigating a home affected by addiction, coming out of a court or foster care referral, or simply in need of a stable, consistent space to belong, Grace Circles meets them where they are.

Families in the middle of their own hard seasons will find support here too, not judgment, not pressure, just people who understand what this looks like from the inside.

If you are a caseworker, court professional, or referring agency: Grace Circles accepts court and foster referrals and provides formal intake, structured programming, and documented progress summaries. We operate as a stabilization partner within your existing case framework — not outside of it.

What We Do

Grace Circles operates through four coordinated components, each designed to build the protective factors that research consistently connects to reduced risk and long-term resilience.

After School Tutoring and Academic Stabilization — Free, open-access academic support available to any youth in the community. No enrollment in other program components required. Homework help, study skill development, and monthly workshops on financial literacy, conflict resolution, and life skills.

Youth Resilience Circles — Structured weekly peer groups divided by age (10–12, 13–17, and 18–21 transitional). Guided discussions focused on emotional regulation, decision-making, identity, healthy relationships, and personal accountability. Each enrolled youth receives a formal intake and an Individual Development Profile.

Family Stabilization Circles — Periodic support sessions for families impacted by addiction and instability. Offered in partnership with recovery-aligned organizations, these sessions provide addiction literacy, trauma-informed communication tools, and a community of people who understand.

Structured Court and Foster Referral Track — A dedicated pathway for youth referred through courts or foster systems. Includes formal intake, an Enhanced Stabilization Plan, attendance tracking, and progress documentation available to referring entities.

How It Works

Enrollment begins with a structured intake process facilitated by trained guidance counselors. Together, we identify each young person's strengths, challenges, and goals — and build a plan around them. Participation requires at least one scheduled engagement per week, and all program services are provided at no cost.

Every team member is trained in mandated reporting and child protection compliance. Behavioral standards are maintained through a dignity-first, tiered response model. This is a safe space — and we take that seriously.

What We Are Not

Grace Circles is not a clinical treatment provider, probation office, or drug testing program. We do not supervise compliance or replace the role of courts, CYS, or licensed providers. We work alongside those systems, filling the relational and practical gaps that often exist once formal supervision ends.

Participation does not require any faith commitment. Our leadership is grounded in Christian values of dignity, accountability, and restoration, but our doors are open to everyoneGrace Circles operates through four coordinated components, each designed to build the protective factors that research consistently connects to reduced risk and long-term resilience.
