The Care Team exists for people who aren't sure they belong anywhere else. People who are in the middle of addiction and not sure what the next step looks like. People navigating reentry after incarceration with more obstacles than resources. People who are too tired, too skeptical, or too far out to walk through the door of a church or a treatment center — but who are not unreachable.
You don't have to have anything figured out to engage with us. You don't have to want anything spiritual. You just have to be willing to have a conversation.
For courts, reentry programs, and referral partners: The Care Team provides structured relational engagement and documented referral coordination. We operate in spaces and moments where formal systems often cannot, and we are designed to be a bridge — not a replacement — for clinical and statutory services.

Bar and Nightlife Outreach — Trained two-person teams engage in nightlife environments through genuine, non-confrontational relationship. There is no confrontational evangelism, no pressure, no performance. We show up, we listen, we connect people to resources when they're ready, and we come back. Spiritual conversation happens only when it's invited.
Prison Engagement and Reentry Continuity — We provide faith-rooted engagement inside correctional facilities where permitted, and structured follow-up for individuals transitioning back into community life. The relationship doesn't end at the gate. We help connect returning individuals to recovery support, housing resources, employment pathways, and community.
Crisis Hospitality and Stabilization Support — When someone is in the middle of a relapse event, a post-arrest situation, housing displacement, or a hospitalization — the Care Team shows up. Not with judgment, not with a checklist. With presence, with practical coordination, and with connection to the right next step.
Resource and Referral Coordination — We connect people to licensed treatment providers, housing services, employment resources, recovery groups, and internal Black Sheep Ministries programs. We don't provide clinical care — but we know who does, and we'll help you get there.

There's no formal enrollment required to engage with the Care Team. People connect through street-level outreach, referral from recovery programs or correctional facilities, or simply by reaching out. All outreach team members are screened, trained, and supervised before any field deployment. We operate with structured documentation and debrief processes after every engagement.
Participation in any spiritual or faith-based component is voluntary — always. We engage people as they are, not as we wish they were.

The Care Team is not a licensed clinical provider, legal advocacy organization, church congregation, or probationary supervision body. We do not provide medical care, psychiatric services, or legal advice. We do not replace emergency services or formal crisis intervention. When those resources are needed, we coordinate access to them.
